You can access consultations for menopause, thyroid issues, birth control, and hormonal

Our OHIP-covered virtual services make it easy to connect with a Specialist through secure
video calls. Your Specialist reviews symptoms, orders lab tests if needed, and creates a

You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, microphone, and a stable internet
connection.

Yes. Your Specialist can send prescriptions directly to your preferred Metro, Food Basics, or
Independent Pharmacy for FREE pickup (standard pharmacy dispensing fees may apply).
If your Specialist orders blood tests or imaging, you’ll receive an electronic lab requisition to take
to your nearest collection center.
All test results are shared securely with your Specialist and discussed at your no-cost follow-
up visit.
You’ll receive access through our secure patient portal, where you can review your test results,
treatment plans, and communicate directly with your care team.
Yes. All consultations with our licensed Specialists are OHIP-covered, meaning there are no
fees for eligible Ontario residents.
If additional private services (such as certain supplements or hormone optimization) are
requested, these will be discussed transparently before proceeding.
Most medically necessary lab tests are FREE and OHIP-covered. Prescription costs depend on
