Evidence-based physician-supervised programs including GLP-1 therapies, lifestyle counselling, Registered Dietitian support, and lab-guided treatment planning — personalised to you.

Doctors On Site provides physician-supervised weight management programs designed for patients who have struggled with traditional approaches. Our programs combine clinical assessment, lab investigations, Registered Dietitian support, and evidence-based medical therapies — including GLP-1 receptor agonists — to deliver meaningful, sustainable weight loss.
Each program is built around the individual patient — not a one-size-fits-all protocol. We assess metabolic health, rule out reversible causes, and build a treatment plan grounded in the latest obesity medicine evidence.
Programs are delivered entirely virtually across Ontario, with in-person follow-up available as clinically indicated. Access is typically available within approximately one week of initial inquiry.
Our program addresses a broad spectrum of weight and metabolic health concerns, including:
Following physician assessment and lab review, eligible patients may be prescribed one of the following evidence-based treatments:

Your physician designs a tailored weight management plan based on your assessment, including medication options where clinically appropriate, with Registered Dietitian support for nutrition and lifestyle.
Where indicated, your physician orders baseline labs — metabolic panel, thyroid, glucose, lipids — to guide and refine your plan.
Regular virtual check-ins to monitor progress, adjust dosing, review results, and provide continuous support throughout your program.
