Your physician may order updated labs — A1C, fasting glucose, lipids, kidney function, microalbumin — to inform your treatment plan.
A virtual consultation with your DOS diabetes specialist to review labs, discuss goals, and design a personalised plan, with Registered Dietitian support for nutrition.
Medication starts or changes, CGM/pump setup, dose titrations — sent directly to your pharmacy.
Regular virtual check-ins (typically every 3 months) to review CGM data, adjust therapy, and monitor for complications.
