Zoledronic acid (Aclasta) is an intravenous bisphosphonate given as a once-yearly infusion to treat osteoporosis and reduce fracture risk, often for patients who cannot tolerate or absorb oral options. Doctors On Site connects Ontario patients with licensed physicians who assess eligibility and, where clinically appropriate, prescribe and coordinate treatment.
